Jean Demers, President and CEO - Mr. Jean Demers, a senior geologist, has over 25 years experience in the mining
industry. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Geology from Université de Montréal
(1980), has continued higher studies in mining engineering at École
Polytechnique de Montréal (1990) and has qualifications and experience in
investment Securities and in international commerce. He has worked in investment
Securities and for mining companies as a mining and gold mining analyst.
Cofounder of Geodem Inc, a firm that provides mining consultancy services to the
mining industry, he has worked as a consultant for the past twelve years. His
professional activities include: project management, training in mining geology,
revision of feasibility studies, financial analysis and project evaluation. He
has several years of international experience including a few years in West
Africa (Mali, Senegal, Burkina Faso and Guinea).

Marcel Bedard, Chairman of the Board - Marcel Bedard is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in finance and entrepreneurial ventures. He is also a senior partner in the accounting firm of Morin, Dufresne, Cloutier and Bedard.

Stewart Robertson, Director Business and Development - Stewart Robertson is a lawyer and notary public engaged in the private practice of law in Ontario. He is knowledgeable in business matters, general mining and exploration matters and holds a "Lifetime Prospector's Licence" in Ontario

Raymond Legault, Director – Raymond Legault has over 40 years experience in the mining industry. He has conducted exploration programs in Canada, USA, South America and Africa for such companies as Tecsult International, Kilborn Tecsult, Geomines, Soquem and Marcona Mining Company. He is currently President of l'Ordre des Geologues du Quebec and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. Raymond Legault has also served as a director to numerous other mining companies. His expertise covers the areas of conception and management of exploration programs, geological data interpretation and ore reserve calculations, mine engineering and feasibility studies, mine development and operational planning and evaluation studies and mine audit.

Luc Pelchat, Director – Luc Pelchat has extensive business, financial and human resources experience in Canada, Mexico and Africa. After a 24-year career with Canam Manac Group, he formed and remains President of its subsidiary, Pelchat Consultores, I.C.A.A. and Protectall. He is also founder and President of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in North Mexico. Mr. Pelchat has been instrumental in Robex's fundraising efforts and was a significant participant in a recent private placement for the Company.

Christopher Zakak, Director – Christopher Zakak has over a decade‘s experience in investment banking. From 2000 to 2005, Mr. Zakak was Vice-President of Legg Mason, Inc., a global asset management and financial advisory firm. Prior to his employment with Legg Mason, Mr. Zakak worked in London with Merrill Lynch Private Banking.
In addition to his experience within the financial services industry, Mr. Zakak has participated in a variety of high-level projects within the real estate, natural resources and industrial sectors. Mr. Zakak received his B.A. (with honours) in Finance and Art from Boston College.

Alexander H. Platt, Director - Executive VP of Projects International, he serves as General Manager, working with clients on issues of international market access and finance. He has extensive experience on a wide range of international economic policy, trade, market access, and commercial issues, notably in Europe, Asia, Latin America, and the former Soviet Union.
Mr. Platt received his law degree cum laude from Bowdoin College (1977). As a Rotary International Fellow he studied international relations at the University Institute of Higher International Studies in Geneva, Switzerland and received his Doctorate in Jurisprudence (1980) from the Columbia University School of Law. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a member of the District of Columbia and the New York Bars.

Richard Savard, Director, VP, Manager in Mali – Richard Savard, a senior geologist, has over 35 years
experience in the mineral industry, including 25 years in West Africa. He has,
for several years, managed exploration programs for Barrick Gold Corporation and
Geo-Services’, Santa Fe Mining, INMET, Lac Minerals as well as governmental and
non-governmental roles in international aid organizations. |

Guy Normandin, Secretary-Treasurer - Guy Normandin is Vice-President of DMR Conseil for the Quebec area. He holds a master’s degree in organisational information systems from Université Laval. He has cumulated over 20 years experience in computer science, working in the private and public sectors.
Mr Normandin has worked with close to 40 clients and has completed over 80 projects. He has participated in the completion of eight strategic planning mandates and has managed several large scale development projects.
