MININKO - A 43-101 Resource Calculation defines 760,000oz of gold

Goal: Expand gold resource

Location: Mininko is located between the Morila and Syama world-class gold mines.

Summary: Three gold targets have already been identified on Mininko.

Nampala in the northeastern section,

N’Golola in the southeastern section,

an arsenic anomaly area in the northwestern part of the property.

The drilling program, that ended in November 2006, has confirmed mineralization of the tonalite. A resource calculation undertaken by RSG Global in 2007 has defined a resource of 760,000oz of gold.

Drilling undertaken end of 2007 established that mineralization in the Nampala deposit is deep-rooted in the ground and is not the result of superficial enrichment as it is associated with the setting of the lamprophyre massive intrusive with the injection of mineralized fluids (silica-carbonate-sulphides-gold) in the sediments and a subsequent alteration (sericite, chlorite and silica) that appears to be more predominant at depth. The lamprophyre itself is occasionally altered and mineralized at depth. With mineralization continuity at depth, the deposit shows potential for an increase in the gold resource.

The fact that Nampala is deep-rooted in the ground opens interesting perspectives in the exploration of the Nampala deposit and on the entire Mininko property. For example the gold-bearing N’Golola anomaly located south of Nampala shows a similar geological context.

The deposit remains open to the west and at depth. Robex objective is to reach sufficient gold resource to allow exploitation by heap-leach gold mining.
