ARSENIC ANOMALOUS AREA

In 2005, the geochemical-soil samples collected over Mininko were re-assayed for arsenic (gold in the area is largely associated with arsenopyrite, an iron-arsenic sulphide). An arsenic anomaly, similar in size and intensity to the Nampala and N’Golola anomalies, was discovered in the northwestern part of the permit.

Soil geochemistry and geophysical surveys were carried out in June 2006. The goal was to explain this large and strong anomaly and to identify drilling targets.

In November 2006, ten holes were drilled on the Mininko North-West target. The holes were spaced approximately 70 metres. Grades of 1.38 g/t and 2.03 g/t Au were intersected in two different 3-metre composite samples. These holes were the first ones drilled by Robex on this zone. Interpretation of recent drilling combined with soil geochemistry will determine the next steps.
