ROBEX'S ANNUAL MEETING

Return to press releases

26/06/2007

Montréal - Robex Resources Inc. (TSX-V: RBX) The Management of Robex is proud to announce that all of the resolutions contained within its information circular were approved, with a majority ranging between 98,85% and 100%, at the Annual Meeting held in Quebec City on June 22.

The elected directors are: Marcel Bédard, Chairman of the Board, Richard Savard, President and CEO and Serge Biron, General Manager in Mali. Stewart Robertson, Luc Pelchat, Raymond Z. Legault, Christopher V. Zakak and Henri Maire were also elected Directors.

The Management has taken this opportunity to review the exploration activities and the results from the 2006-2007 program. Robex invested 2M$ in exploration work on its properties located in Mali, West Africa and obtained its most promising results to date on Mininko, N’Golopene and Wili-Wili.

South Mali - Mininko, 735,000oz of gold

Highlights from this program include, among other things, drilling on the Nampala showing located in the north east part of the Mininko property. Drilling has established that a tonalite intrusive, located in the middle of Nampala’s massive intrusive structure, one of the three targets identified so far on the property, is mineralized. The mineralized formations on Nampala stretch for close to 1km2 and are open to the west, to the north and at depth

These results motivated Robex to mandate RSG Global, an independent company of international reputation, to carry out a resource calculation according to the 43-101 National Instrument standard on the Nampala prospect.

In light of this information, Robex has acquired the remaining 49% of this property. Robex is now sole owner of Mininko. The next program will aim at increasing the resource of 735,000oz of gold.

South Mali – N’Golopene

N’Golopene is adjacent to the north and to the east of the Syama gold deposit (6 million oz @ 3 g/t Au) which is in the process of being reopened by Resolute Mining.

Following a geochemical survey and a geophysical survey, Robex identified two main targets and carried out an exploratory drilling program that did not return significant results. Robex intends to do more ground work before initiating a new drilling program.

Let us recall that Etruscan Resources Inc. (EET.TSX), who holds the Finkolo permit, adjacent to the Syama deposit to the south, has announced impressive RC drilling results on the Tabakoroni zone that stretches over a 1.7 km strike length on the same 15 km geophysical structure that holds N’Golopene, Syama and Finkolo. Resolute Mining is Etruscan’s partner in this project.

Mali West – Wili-Wili

Robex has also announced promising results on its Wili-Wili permit where Robex has identified the Fandou Zone, a 2,8 km x 600 m gold anomaly.

At the centre of this anomaly, pit sampling returned high gold grades and an east-west trench returned 2.29 g/t over 13 metres of width as well as interesting grades in two pits dug on this trench.

Last April, Robex carried out a drilling program on the Fandou Zone. All of the drill holes intersected mineralization.

The following table gives a sample of the results from this program.

The results from the 2006-2007 program are promising and Robex looks forward to a further drilling program on Fandou during its coming exploration campaign planned to start after the rainy season in October 2007.
