Montréal - Robex Resources Inc. (TSX-V: RBX) is pleased to announce it has closed a private placement financing of $500,000 with Sprott Assets Management Inc. The private placement is made up of 1,851,851 Units at a price of $0.27 per Unit. Each Unit consists of one common share and one half common share purchase warrant. Each common share purchase warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one additional common share of the Company for a period of 24 months from the closing date at a price of $0.37.
