Montreal - Robex Resources Inc. (TSX-V: RBX) Robex announces the beginning of exploration work on the Fandou zone, Wili-Wili property. Robex’ technical team will be undertaking this week, the digging of a dozen exploration pits, to an average depth of approximately 10 meters. The pits will be spread over the same latitude and spaced 10 meters apart, close to and on both sides of drill hole WR-139 that intersected 4.2 g/t Au over 22 m (still mineralized at depth.)/span>

The goal for this work is to locate on surface the extent of the mineralization intersected at a vertical depth of 80 meters. The pits, with approximately 1m of diameter, will be dug to reach the bedrock; they will be sampled by vertical channel sampling of metric intervals to the bottom of the pit as well as horizontally at the bedrock level. The samples will be sent to the ALS Chemex Laboratory, Bamako for fire-assay./span>

This program will last for a few weeks, and should allow Robex to locate, confirm and evaluate the presence of mineralization on surface and better understand the petrographical and mineralogical contexts of the area, the dip of mineralization, and eventually the position of the next drill holes.
