Montreal - Robex Resources Inc. (TSX-V: RBX) announces that the one-year contract with Mr Jean Demers, as President and CEO, expired on September 1st. By agreement with the Board, he has continued in that capacity until the present time. He has decided to resign from his function as President and CEO but will continue as Director of Robex. Mr Marcel Bedard, Chairman of Robex, will assume the duties of President and CEO in the interim, until a successor is installed.

Robex is negotiating for joint venture agreements on some of its projects, with a view to resumption of exploration work on its properties. Financing and restructuring are also being considered simultaneously.

Robex remains confident that the value of the Company’s projects will be recognized and continues to direct efforts accordingly.
