Montreal - Robex Resources Inc (TSX-V: RBX) has filed a pricing amendment with the TSX Venture
Exchange for warrants issued November, 2, 2004.
Subject to
approval by the Exchange, the exercise price for the warrants will be set at
$0.60 for Year 2 of the exercise period, which expires November 1, 2006.
No change is being made to the exercise period expiry date. The amendment
affects 1,656,666 warrants issued in a private placement previously announced
on November 3,
2004, none of which have been exercised to date.
Exploration
programs in Mali,
West Africa, will be
initiated in September. In South Mali,
they include a drilling program at Mininko, and a soil-geochemical survey in the
recently acquired N’Golopene permit.
In West
Mali, priority will be given to the Wili-Wili permit, where sampling of pits
carried out in April-May 2006 led to the
discovery of high gold values in 11 pits located in the Fandou area of the
Wili-Wili permit located at the southern extremity of West Mali. The pits are
located in the north-central part of a 2.8 km long important
gold anomaly with an average width of 600 metres
.
Among the
high values found in the pits were the following:

The size of the anomaly and the indicated grades
attest to the importance of the gold potential of the Fandou zone and of the
two Wili-Wili properties.
A soil-geochemical survey on a closer spaced grid will
be initiated in late September in order to define more precisely the large gold
anomaly. Simultaneously, additional pits will be dug in the Fandou area to test
the extensions of the known mineralization. These two programs will be carried
out in order to establish a drilling program to be carried out early in 2007.
